SERVER PLAY TIME: Not much only about an hour  WHY DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A STAFF MEMBER ON ASTRO NETWORK?: I want to become a staff member on this server to help out and handle situations that should not be happening, punishing the rule-breakers and trying my best to defend the server from any possible threats they may cause huge issues. With the player activity on the server as it is sometimes packed I would help out the server by being there as there is not always a big amount of staff constantly active I would probably stay aod (Admin on duty) or whichever rank is thought that i deserve.  WHAT MAKES YOU BETTER/STAND OUT COMPARED TO OTHER APPLICANTS?: The thing that probably makes me stand out the most is that the time that I have spent on rp servers (1000 hours about) because of this I know most tricks that trollers do when they come on the server to grief which would make it easier for me to catch griefers and give them the right punishment. As you can see from my gmod playtime I could put all this spare time into Astro Network to help the community out. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO IMPROVE THE SERVER?: To improve the server as I said I will help out by dealing with many things like trollers and guiding people how to rp, punishing for mistakes and many more, also I could help out the server by suggesting some things to be added to server, spotting the corrupt staff that don't want to do their job or are abusing and report it to higher staff to deal with. If i was promoted in anyway for a valid reason I could help out with other things since I would have access to more cmds and have more power of DDoS attempts etc. HAVE YOU BEEN BANNED BEFORE ON ANY ASTRO NETWORK SERVERS?: No HOW MANY WARNINGS DO YOU HAVE CURRENTLY (!WARN): None  ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD?: I would like to add how I would deal with a situation of someone who has been accused of RDM, firstly I would listen to both sides of the story (The guy who got accused and the guy who accused the other person) after hearing both of their stories I would check the dmg logs to see if he did kill him or dmg him. Once I have done that if the guy who got accused actual did RDM I would warn him for it aswell as give him a verbal warning, if he continued doing so I would give him a second warning and a jail, say he did it again ignoring my orders to stop and then left the game I would ban him for MRDM (Mass Random Death Match) + LTAP (Leaving To Avoid Punishment)  I would track down his steam ID by checking the dmg logs and c&p his steam ID from there or searching up his name in steam and using steam id finder also I could find it out by holding tab before he left and getting it from there. The last thing I would like to add is my experience of being staff of different server, I have been super admin on HBGaming (shut down now) and a mod on watchdogsRP but I forgot to notify people that i am going on holiday and got demoted for it[/b] Hope you consider this application! :)
